I am currently looking for a Carpenter to work for a local authority in the Leicester area. The role is on the maintenance team doing planned and reactive repairs.
In the Carpenter role you will be responsible for:- 2nd fix carpentry work such as hanging/fixing doors, kitchen repairs, skirting boards and architraves
- Working around young people
- Basic caretaker duties
The right Carpenter will have:- Experience working in schools/colleges in the past
- NVQ level 2 ideally in Carpentry
- Active DBS or willing to have one undertaken upon employment
